The following terms and conditions apply to all parts of the Bound to Please website. Your use of the website and any orders that you make will be governed by these terms and conditions. Please ensure you understand them before proceeding.

Buying from Bound to Please:

Products can be purchased from Bound to Please by adding the product/products to your shopping cart. When you checkout, you will be offered the option to pay via credit/debit card or by Paypal or cheque/postal order.

If you choose to pay be credit/debit card you will be redirected to the PayPal secure server to make your payment.

If you choose to pay by cheque/postal order, you will be given instructions who to make the cheque payable to and where to send payment. You will also be given an order number which must be written on the back of the cheque

 Every care is taken with product images, but we cannot guarantee accurate colour reproduction on your computer.

None of our bondage ropes are weight tested.  If you use them for weight bearing activities you do so at your own risk.

Published Prices:

Prices displayed are in British pounds. All products available on the Bound to Please website have the price clearly indicated and we make every effort to ensure that prices are correct. In the event that a price is incorrect we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Delivery charges are displayed on the postage,shipping page.

Delivery:

Every effort is made to ensure that products on the Bound to Please  website are in stock and can be quickly despatched. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity if we find that we cannot supply an item. In this event, we will offer you either a full refund or allow you to exchange your order for any other available product to the same value. Similarly, we will contact you if we find that an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. We will advise you of the anticipated delivery time. If the new delivery time is not acceptable, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Our aim is to despatch goods within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. This means that you should receive your order in the UK within one week, usually sooner.

The exception is if you pay by cheque or postal order. If payment is by cheque, We aim to despatch goods within 24-48 hours of the cheque clearing our account. If payment is by postal order, we aim to despatch goods within 24-48 hours of receipt of the postal order. All orders will be despatched on these conditions but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Payment Methods:

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta ,Electron or Paypal.   Credit/debit card details for online transactions will be encrypted and held on a secure server. We also accept payment by cheque/postal order.

Refund & Returns Policy:

We at Bound to Please want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.  Because of the adult nature of many of our products we cannot promise to accept returns except for faulty items as detailed below.


In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect we will either exchange the item or refund as per our refund policy below.

Refund Policy for items that are damaged in transit, defective or incorrect.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because the item is damaged or defective, we will refund the purchase price paid and the delivery charges already paid with your order. We will also refund the cost incurred in returning the item to us.


Use of the Website:

Although we make every effort to ensure that the Bound to Please website is always available, we cannot guarantee that access will be continual and error free and will not be held responsible for periods when the website is unavailable. Bound to Please will not be held responsible for the content and availability of other sites accessed via an external link from the Bound to Please website.

The design and content of the Bound to Please website are protected by copyright. You may copy or print any part of the website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us.

Data Protection:

 To preserve your privacy we will not contact you except in connection with your order We will not pass your details to any other company or organisation, except for the processing of payments, unless required by law to do so. We may use your order information to analyse and review our products and services. By paying us with credit or debit card you consent to the use and transmission of your data to and by PayPal, including export outside of the European Economic Area, for the purpose of processing payment and fraud prevention.

In accordance with the privacy and electronic communications act passed into law on 11 December 2003 we do not send random marketing emails (spam) to personal email addresses and Bound to Please conforms fully with the data protection act, 1998.
